Give the next practice a purpose your player can understand—and a skill they can take into the next game.
Extra training is most useful when it addresses a specific need. Fran can help a player work on receiving with a cleaner first touch, scanning before the ball arrives, deciding when to pass or carry, finishing with composure or defending a 1v1.
One-on-one lessons provide space for detailed corrections. Small groups add opponents and decision pressure. Position clinics focus the technical work, while team clinics connect individual actions with unit cohesion and match preparation.
For families in Mesa, Gilbert, Tempe, Chandler and the wider Phoenix area, the plan also needs to fit school and team commitments. Share your city, neighborhood and preferred days. Fran will discuss an appropriate format and confirm an available, authorized location directly.

From first conversation to focused practice
Good coaching helps a player understand the decision behind the skill.
Fran connects technical work with the situations players face in a match: where to look before receiving, how to support a teammate and when to pass, carry or finish.
Clear explanations and positive feedback give each session a purpose. The next step begins with your player's goals.

Tell Fran your player's age, experience, city and the skills or game situations you want to improve.
Discuss a free skill evaluation, the right training format and a suitable time and location. Fran confirms arrangements directly.
