Give your team one clear focus

Tell me what your team is working on and where play breaks down. We'll choose a practical session that connects individual decisions with the players around them.

For team coaches and managers

An advanced team clinic is a dedicated 90-minute session. It's useful when a coach wants to work on a shared problem, such as support around the ball, a coordinated press or the decisions of a defending unit. The team's age, level and current approach shape the work.

The clinic should support your team's coaching, so we'll agree on the purpose beforehand. Bring a specific example: are players pressing at different times, leaving the ball carrier without a passing option, or losing their shape after a turnover? We can choose one priority instead of adding unrelated drills.

What unit decision-making looks like

For a pressing focus, players can practice who applies pressure, who covers and what the nearest passing option tells them. For support, they can look at the angle and distance that make a teammate available. A defending unit might work on communication and adjusting together as the ball moves.

Activities can begin with a clear situation, then add opposition and choices that suit the team. I'll explain the purpose and make corrections in language the players can use. The team coach can discuss the observations and what to revisit in regular practice. One clinic doesn't guarantee match results or a particular tactical standard.

Team clinic pricing and group size

The price is $225 per team for 90 minutes, for up to 14 players. Larger groups require an agreed staffing and pricing arrangement before booking. The player count, full terms and session goal are confirmed directly with Fran.

A team clinic differs from a position-specific clinic, which focuses technical work on a role, and from a 3-6 player small group, which matches individual development needs. Choose the format that answers your team's actual question.

Arrange a practical Phoenix-area session

Share the team's age group, player count, city, usual practice windows and main coaching goal. Mesa and Gilbert are the primary hubs; other service areas are considered around practical travel and approved facility access. A team invitation doesn't by itself authorize paid independent instruction at a club or municipal field.

Fran will confirm the field arrangement and arrival details before the session. Weather and heat are considered in the plan, with rest and water opportunities. Coach cancellations and unsafe-weather cancellations are rescheduled, with refunds for services that can't be delivered. Submitting the inquiry doesn't reserve a date or commit your team to payment.
