Coach Francisco “Fran” Lopez
Professional playing experience. Positive, purposeful coaching.
Your player. Your goals. Your area.
From Agritopia and Morrison Ranch to Power Ranch and Seville, Gilbert families balance school, club practice and match travel. Share your part of town and current team commitments so Fran can discuss a realistic training arrangement.
A player who rushes their first touch needs a different session from one learning to defend in space. Fran starts with the player's goals, then uses focused repetition and decision-based drills to connect technique with match situations. Group placements depend on suitable ages, goals and playing levels.
Meet Coach Francisco “Fran” Lopez
Fran knows what it takes to compete—and how to help a young player take the next step.
After competing professionally with the West Michigan Wrath, Fran brought firsthand game experience into a coaching approach grounded in technical detail, tactical understanding and competitive preparation. His technical coaching background began in 2017.
His experience spans individual development, club leadership and the school game. Across those settings, the goal stays consistent: help players understand the game, build reliable skills and approach challenges with confidence.
Parents can expect clear instruction, player motivation and positive reinforcement. Fran connects technical corrections to realistic game situations and gives players purposeful work they can continue between sessions.

From first conversation to focused practice
Good coaching helps a player understand the decision behind the skill.
Fran connects technical work with the situations players face in a match: where to look before receiving, how to support a teammate and when to pass, carry or finish.
Clear explanations and positive feedback give each session a purpose. The next step begins with your player's goals.

Tell Fran your player's age, experience, city and the skills or game situations you want to improve.
Discuss a free skill evaluation, the right training format and a suitable time and location. Fran confirms arrangements directly.
Work through technical corrections and game decisions, with positive feedback and purposeful practice between sessions.

Yes. Private lessons and small groups can focus on technical execution, tactical scanning, 1v1 decisions and play under pressure. Team clinics focus on unit cohesion and match preparation. Training supports player development; team selection and playing time remain the club’s decisions.
Give at least 24 hours’ notice for private training changes. Coach or unsafe-weather cancellations are rescheduled rather than consuming a session. Full booking and cancellation terms are confirmed before payment; ask Fran about the options for your chosen program.
