Information in your inquiry

The evaluation form asks for a parent or guardian's name, phone number and email, the player's age, city and optional training goals. These details allow Fran to respond to your inquiry and discuss training arrangements. Do not submit medical details, payment information, a child's full name or a private home address through this form.

Form processing & hosting

The form sends your information to Formspree, the form-processing provider. This website is configured for Vercel hosting. These providers may process technical information needed to deliver the website, prevent abuse and handle submissions. The delivered website does not load advertising or analytics scripts. Its fonts are served from this website. The form requires a parent or guardian's submission for youth-player inquiries.

Prices & commitments

Private training costs $75 per 60-minute single session, or $70 per session with a 16-session commitment ($1,120 total), billed upfront in four blocks of $280. Specialized small groups of three to six players cost $30 per player per single session, or $25 with a 16-session commitment ($400 per player total), billed upfront in four blocks of $100.

Position clinics cost $35 per player for 90 minutes, with at least eight paid players and a maximum of 12. Team clinics cost $225 per team for 90 minutes, for up to 14 players. Four team clinics cost $900. Published prices do not establish a confirmed appointment.

Founding player offer

The introductory offer is the first four group sessions for $25 each ($100 total), limited to the first 24 players across the Valley enrolling within the first 30 days after launch. Confirm current availability directly with Fran. The first session is $25, with $75 due to complete the introductory block. This offer does not require a 16-session commitment. If the player continues into that commitment, the introductory block counts toward the 16 sessions. Discounts do not stack.

Scheduling, cancellations & locations

Private training changes require at least 24 hours' notice. Coach or unsafe-weather cancellations are rescheduled rather than consuming a session; undeliverable services are refunded. One suitable group makeup per four-session block may be arranged, subject to space and the six-player maximum. Full terms are discussed before payment.

All sessions are by appointment. Fran confirms the location, authorization, schedule, rate and full terms directly. City pages describe service areas; neighborhood and park references do not establish a permanent business address, reserved field or club affiliation.
